Description

• Stabilised developer especially formulated to be used with Refectocil Eyelash & Eyebrow tints. Only the use of Refectocil Oxidant guarantees the tinting results of Refectocil tints.

Ingredients

• Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide,iTriethanolamine, Phosphoric Acid, C12-13 Pareth-9

Use

Mix 10 drops of liquid oxidant with 2 cm of tint.

Sufficient for approximately 100 applications.
