• With Refectocil application brush you can easily, quickly and precisely apply Refectocil Eyelash and Eyebrow tints and in particular the Refectocil Bleaching paste for eyebrows. The flat, angled and slightly harder synthetic bristle enables an accurate application from root to tip. The synthetic bristle is long lasting, brush and bristle can be cleansed with water after each use.
